Not to over-simplify this one, but paint was truly the game changing element in this master bathroom refresh. The walls were given a coat of Polar Bear, and the cabinets an inky blue (super dark). I swapped the hardware for updated gunmetal, echoed by the black metal framed mirrors, and the faucet and lighting were updated to brass. Replacing hardwired light fixtures is a VERY easy DIY. It’s one of the first my husband and I learned via youtube when we moved into our home many years ago. Finishing touches like the woven stool, vintage rug, amber soap dispensers and a vintage tray by the bath all made for a very easy-breezy bathroom update for an easy-breezy client!
